Detached bungalow converted from barns between the Coast Path and Welcome pub (1/2 mile to each). Meadow for dog walking or games. wood burning stove. Excellent walking. In Welcombe.
Barn View is a detached bungalow converted from barns along a country lane ½ mile from the Devon hamlet of Welcombe and ½ mile from the South West Coast Path. The bungalow sleeps six people in two bedrooms, a double and a twin with 4’ sofa bed, plus a family bathroom. On the same level is a sitting room with wood burning stove and dining area and a kitchen. Outside is a big enclosed patio with outdoor furniture and a meadow for dog walking or ball games. Barn View is a brilliant spot for walking or relaxing on a break in Devon.
