Kea , also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. It takes only one hour by boat to reach the island. There are few hotels on the Kea, so private houses are rented out during the summer months. Local stone is used in the building of most these houses, giving them a look, unique to the island. On the whole Kea is an unsoiled island, where you can have a great and relaxing holiday.
This property is near the picturesque marina of Vourkari, famous with the yachting crowd. In Vourkari there are several fish restaurants, some cafes and a couple of bars and boutiques. The house is 2 minutes by car (1.2 kilometers) from Vourkari and is set on the top of a hill overlooking the sea and the surrounding hills and valleys.
This house, is set on a 4,000 sq meters plot of land, together with another villa, each completely independent and private. The house, which is on one level, is very light and airy with a modern design. Outside there is a large terrace with various seating and dining areas, where one can sit and enjoy the view.
