overall it’s an ok hotel, not much to chose from in Ostrzyce anyway.
it’s an average hotel, nothing special or to rave about.
the fact that pool towels and bathrobes were not widely available in the spa, had to pay separately is very strange. covid19 restrictions are long gone but rooms are still not cleaned during stay overs (no discount on room rate offered due to that). the state of table tennis and snooker equipment was questionable, should be taken care off. no vegan options for breakfast except cucumber lettuce and tomatoes. very disappointing as we are in 2022.

Generalnie hotel bardzo fajny. Część personelu nie ma profesjonalnego obycia, by po prostu gościowi było miło. Patrzenie
Cisza spokój, duży czysty basen, obiekt bardzo czysty, personel sprzątający bardzo życzliwy i kulturalny
Panie w recepcji nie sprawiały wrażenia przyjaznych, na szczęście gdy człowiek sam odezwał się Dzień dobry, to łaskawie odpowiedziały. Gdy był problem z rozliczeniem rachunku to nawet nie usłyszałem przepraszam, skoro hotel błędnie naliczył usługi. Młode kelnerki również chowały głowę pod bar gdy widziały klienta, za wyjątkiem bardzo szybkiej i pracowitej. Śniadania bardzo monotonne, dopiero gdy osiągnął pełne zakwaterowanie, dodano możliwość zrobienia tosta, czy naleśniki.
