Lokalizacja korzystna, jeżeli oceniać bliskość sklepu (naprzeciwko), garstronomii (tuż za rogiem). Doskonałym pomysłem jest wejście do obiektou od strony centrum i od strony parku. Bezpłatny parking i pobyt z pupilem. Każdy apartament wyposażony w taras lub duży balkon. Obiekt nowy, bardzo czysty, urządzony ze smakiem, chociaż dość minimalistycznie. Bardzo życzliwi gospodarze.

Lokalizacja blisko centrum i jeziora w pięknym ogrodzie zapewniającym ciszę, zieleń i komfortowy wypoczynek. Apartament jest czysty, dobrze wyposażony i gustownie urządzony. Standard bardzo dobry. Właściciele bardzo mili i pomocni. Serdecznie polecam na wypad weekendowy jak i na dłuższy urlop. Chętnie wrócę.
Nie ma oznakowania wjazdu na posesję. Wjazd jest od ulicy Piaskowej.

Piękne miejsce i bezpośrednie otoczenie obiektu. Wygodne łóżko.
Może to wynikało z tego, że obiekt ruszał na dobre po zimowej przerwie, ale wewnątrz było po prostu zimno. Pojawiały się problemy z ciśnieniem wody. Z tarasu był piękny widok, ale wymaga wyczyszczenia.
