Spacious room, good design! Very pleasant space next to the swimming pool. The hotel stands out by being small and intimate, in the middle of skyscrappers.

Very old rusty trash bin in the bathroom of Suite#5. Check-in process requires advance payment, which is not accepted in EUR (i.e. to make a payment, I could not get a price in EUR currency to make a bank transfer).

The close location to the beach and the good value for money.

It was difficult to try and pay before arriving at the hotel. The staff were not particularly helpful as my card being from the UK didn’t work for the payment link. It took me complaining for the staff to finally agree with accepting cash on arrival. The room also didn’t have an iron as advertised on booking.com The bed was on the firm side

Good location with restaurants & shops nearby, able to park directly outside for free. Good whatsapp communication - offered advice on what to do and responded quickly when I requested wifi code (not noted in the room). Shower in the en suite was good, and being out of the main house in the annex is I think the more modern rooms.

There are no staff on site. After booking, you have to pay via a link, and there is a charge (about 6.5%) to use visa or Mastercard- no option for debit or to pay cash directly. You then have the details whatsapped to you with how to access the property & room. I was in low season, one night, so it was not a big amount but booking.com should note this for the cost. Also the room had very thin walls. If I spoke the same language I could have joined in with the conversation of the ladies next door
