This attached cottage is situated on a farm near the Devon village of Halwell and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Oak Tree is an attached cottage on a traditional Devon working farm in countryside near the Devon village of Halwell. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a four poster double with an en suite bathroom and a twin, plus a shower room. On the ground floor is a sitting room with wood burning stove, a conservatory and a kitchen with dining area. Outside is a patio with furniture and a barbecue and shared use of a splendid indoor swimming pool, games room, trampoline and play area and conservation walks across the farm. A mile from the village and its good food pub, Oak Tree is a smashing cottage for a relaxing Devon break. Note: All bookings from Easter through to the beginning of September including short breaks must start on either a Friday or a Monday. Please enquire prior to booking about alternative start dates between Easter and the beginning of September
Amenities: Central heating, underfloor heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent.
