This semi-detached cottage all on one level in St Kew, north Cornwall, can sleep two people in one bedroom.
Swallow Barn is a secluded, semi-detached cottage near St Kew, handily placed for exploring the famous fishing village of Port Isaac. The house sleeps two people in one bedroom and has a neat bathroom with corner bath. There's a kitchen and sitting room with wood burning stove and dining area. Outside, an enclosed, shrub and flower-filled back garden with paved patio, garden furniture, awning and chimenea, plus a privately positioned Japanese-style wood-fired hot tub available by prior arrangement at an additional cost of £60. To the front, a gravelled approach and off road parking for one car. Swallow Barn is a quiet, stylish all-year-round holiday home. Note: As of the 5th January 2027 the hot tub will no longer be available at this property
Amenities: Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car. Enclosed garden with hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: Unfortunately infants under 2 years old are not permitted. Note: Hot tub available by prior arrangement directly with the owners (£60 extra, fuel provided). Shop and pub, 1 mile. The village church dates from the fifteenth century and is home to some remarkable stained glass windows. Also in St Kew is a traditional village pub and a golf course, and there is a donkey sanctuary at St Kew Highway. The St Kew Inn also dates from the fifteenth century, and boasts a lovely open fire in winter and a pretty beer garden for sunshine drinks in the summer. There are some lovely walks in the countryside surrounding St Kew, including a circular route through the river valleys.
