Kwainoy Riverpark

Schönes Zimmer mitten im Grünen mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den Fluss vom Balkon. Ich wurde vom Bahnhof abgeholt.

Die Verständigung in Englisch war nicht möglich. Die Küche hat am Tag meiner Ankunft bereits um 18:00 Uhr geschlossen. Das war etwas ungünstig. Aufgrund der abgelegenen Lage gibt es keine Möglichkeit, in ein Restaurant zu gehen.

Clean rooms with a good view of the river. Staff are helpful. Good location surrounded by nature.

Not the property’s fault but there were noisy guests.

Very responsive to messages and quick to try and resolve issues. Unreal view over the mountains. They picked us up and dropped us off at Lumsum station. Big comfortable bed. Hot water in the shower.

We booked this accom specifically for the bath on the balcony overlooking the mountains, with a vision to use it as the sun was setting. Unfortunately when we went to run the bath, the water was brown. After an hour of trying to run clean water, they moved us to another room (with a different plumbing). We ran the bath but the water was cold, which wasn’t enjoyable to sit in as it was now dark and the air temp was cooler. We tried boiling the kettle but the kettle didn’t work. We got 2 kettles from other rooms to try and heat the water but by this point the moment was lost. What was meant to be a romantic evening as the sun set, turned into sitting in cold water in the dark. Dinner on a weekday was meant to finish at 7 but they changed it to 6 when we were there. We arrived at about 4.45 and had just eaten and wasn’t ready to eat again, so we ended up not eating as there’s nowhere to eat apart from the hotel restaurant.

Bedding sheets are not clean.
