Great location to walk into town and lake front. It was quiet and very spacious.
A little tired, but tidy and in need to some renovation, however the rate was excellent to reflect that.

It was in close proximity to town.
Been so close the road it was a bit loud in the evening with cars going past.

The staff was lovely, close to the lake and city.
The Beds need an upgrade, the carpet needs a thorough clean, especially in the bedrooms. Not a good idea with a double bed in the middle of the "sitting/living/tv room, that was a really weird setup.
