Good locations good sized private room with private bathroom

They do take a deposit at the start which is no hassle but just make sure to have some cash handy for it

Really good location for getting to the Old Town and bus to the airport and 7 Eleven is right outside. Double beds in my dorm which was a nice surprise.

No hot water. Ensuite bathroom was open air into the dorm so you can get all the smells of you know what which I found disgusting first thing in the morning waking up. No lift for anyone with large luggage. Lockers are far too small, nobody seemed to use them.

Location was great in old town phuket and it was a lovely friendly place

Friendly staff and a lovely community vibe. The staff were accommodating and assisted with my requests throughout my stay. The guests were also friendly, making it a great place for solo travellers. It’s affordable, centrally located, and easy to walk around Old Phuket Town from here, while still being tucked just off the main street so it stays reasonably quiet. The pool is a great bonus for cooling off in the heat. I also stayed in the pool-access room, which was a really unique and enjoyable experience having direct private access to the pool while relaxing and listening to music with other guests created a very chilled and social atmosphere. The second night I moved to the Superior Room on Level 3, which was quiet and had a nice view with plenty of fresh air. It’s a great private room option for one or two people. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Originally, I booked a dorm room; however, I changed to the Deluxe Pool Access Room because the shared bathroom access involved multiple flights of stairs, which wasn’t suitable for me personally. The staff were very accommodating and helped make the transition easy.
