    This property is located in the middle of Old Phuket Town and is walking distance to most of the places/eateries. This hotel itself has a cafe on-premises and the coffee and desserts are amazing!

    We're usually given rooms on the 3rd floor. This time round we were on the 2nd floor corner unit. When smokers are smoking by the side of the pool the smell stays at our balcony. It can get very annoying for non smokers. Other than that, we stay here every year when we are in Phuket because of it's location to our favourite eateries, it's sheltered car park, and spacious room that faces the pool.

    Stayed here for 2 nights, asked for a lower room but we were put on the highest room, finally got changed to the 2nd highest. Staff not very friendly, didn't realise there was a free bus and stop directly out front of hotel, I asked where the night markets are and she told me 15 mins walk but it was a 3 min walk, not sure of that was a misunderstanding. I think the hotel could have a little tourist information as there wasn't any. Loved phuket old town but next I would stay elsewhere.
