Villa Parlera

First I want to thanks the owner to have arranged the house so perfectly! This is one of the best renting homes I’ve been too! All there for all age and weather conditions! We could enjoy the swimming pool during the nice days and the whirlpool or the billard on the rainy days! Lot’s of space for all to have fun without disturbing the others (PS4 room or billard or even the lovely terrasse on the top floor! I recommend it for big family or for group ! I wish lots of success to the owners and again a big thanks!

Great house - spacious and clean. We had a great holiday!

The Villa was very comfortable, clean and well provided as described at the time of booking. The bedrooms are separated to three areas of the villa which was great for little ones and definitely 12 could stay there without feeling on top of each other. The owner and manager responded immediately to any queries or questions and were very helpful throughout our stay. The villa is situated in a lovely village with several small shops and restaurants. The local people were very friendly and helpful. There is a bus that goes to Medulin and Pula. The sea is about 15 minutes walk. One small thing that could be improved is that we arrived about 1030pm with two small children. A welcome pack with even if it was just milk and a couple of sachets of coffee/tea would have been most welcome. We would definately stay there again

From the upstairs balcony to the huge lounge area, outside built in bbq with its own fridge, a gym and sauna. Decent air con. Villa is very well equipped and beautifully clean. Busier beaches and more isolated quieter spots off the beaten track to choose from. Pula is impressive. To the north of pula is beautiful.

We were 11 people, 8 adults and 3 small children. We enjoyed the holiday very much. Our contact person was available at any moment if we needed anything. There was a little shop nearby that had surprisingly a lot of things. There were also a couple of restaurants and a pharmacy close by. You could walk to the beach, which was calm, cozy and not a lot of tourists. Several beach bars there where you could eat ice cream, coffee and drinks. Great for children, but on days with wind (happened two out of seven days) there were waves they didn't enjoy, so we stayed in the pool or went to other beaches. We had rented cars, and this is quite necessary if you want to move around, we visited several interesting places nearby, suiting both children and adults. The house was clean, well equipped, the contact person was flexible and adjusted to our needs. There were a few things we missed in the house. The layout was not completely practical with children, as the house was very big and with a few places that could be dangerous for the most little one (aged 3), but this went very fine. The playing area was situated in the middle of a staircase, and we ended up not really using this space. But they loved the pool. The pool table was usable, but worn out, the darts was not usable due to broken arrows, the sauna was in good condition. We had one bedroom without air condition (though the person sleeping there said the room was cool naturally), a part from this there were conditioning in all bedrooms/livingroom/exercise room. The pillows were extremely large, we ended up buying pillows or making one out of clothes. The coffee machine took an extreme amount of time (almost 2 hours to finish one full can), though surprisingly no one had complained about this before! All in all we loved the stay, we had days in the house and days we moved more around. We went to beautiful beaches, ancient places, or just to a cafe in the nearby city Medulin. We can recommend the house and the place!

We stayed in the villa with 12 people and had a great time. The kitchen is well equipped, the outdoor area amazing for barbecues and the bathrooms really nice. From the balcony you have a nice view. We could check in and out flexible which is definitely not common and the administrator showed us everything we should know. Supermarkets can be reached in 5 min by car and Pula is about 15 min away.The village is really cute and the sea not to far away. You can do a great walk down to the sea and spend time relaxing on the rocks.The only thing you should know is that the sauna is not a real sauna but more an infra red cabin with temperatures up to 60 degrees.Apart from that everything was as expected and I would recommend a stay!
