I appreciated breakfast and drinking water on site. Easy to walk around central Tlaquepaque, though with the big garden and trees, the property feels like you're in the countryside. I was able to leave my backpack while I went out in the morning.
a lot of bird/rooster/church bell/cohete noise that interfered with my sleep - but that is typical for Mexico and not a property-specific issue.

We enjoyed the family, Esly and Luis are great hosts and they serve a very nice breakfast. They have a lovely yard where we could sit and enjoy a great variety of birds. The room was small but adequate.
