Dolores is very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good and plenty of food.
The location is central and you have many food options in walking distance.
The walls are a bit thin and it can be noisy at night depending on the room neighbors.

We had a brilliant stay here at Pousada Quedas D’agua! Dolores and the team made you feel ever so welcome and it felt like home. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is fresh in the morning. Would really recommend staying here! Lovely people!!!

First I’ll say the staff is lovely. It appears to family run. The breakfast was very well presented and it was certainly enough food..lots of fresh fruit, selection of breads, eggs. My only comment would be for hot water to be provided for tea. Not everyone drinks coffee. My room was small but perfect. Bed was comfortable, ac unit, good sized bathroom with shower, fridge. Couldn’t ask for more.
The reason I didn’t give it an excellent is because it can be quite noisy. Not outside noise but inside noise. You can hear people talking and it carries upstairs. On my last night it sounded like a group party and it went on until 0100 am and I had to be up at 0430. In a small hotel it was disrespectful to other guests for this kind of noise that late.
