The Villa is situated in half an acre of well-maintained gardens surrounded by woodlands and the nearby town of Fornoli can be reached within a 2/3 minute drive. The property is reached by a Private road/track.
The Villa comprises 4 bedrooms (3 double and 1 twin bedroom), 3 bathrooms large kitchen and dining area and sitting room. Outside there is a Barbeque with outside covered dining table and separate sofa and chairs on the covered patio.
