The Annexe is a peaceful cottage created from the end of a Victorian farmhouse down a private track near the Dartmoor village of Postbridge. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms with a family bathroom. On the ground floor is an open plan living space with seating area with wood burning stove, dining area and kitchen. Along a footpath from the picturesque village of Postbridge with its pub and shop, The Annexe is an ideal base in the heart of Dartmoor for a Devon break.
Amenities: Electric fires with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer, electric oven and hob, TV with DVD, WiFi, Phone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for two cars. . One well-behaved dog welcome, Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: This property has a private water supply which is tested regularly. Note: This property best suits a family of 2 adults and 2 children (4 adults are not permitted).

Great value accommodation in a beautiful part of the world. A remote location down a working farm track with a host who is very warm and friendly. Would recommend!
