A localização, a segurança, silêncio.
O frigobar do quarto além de velho muito barulhento, o espaço do café pequeno para o número de hóspedes que tem o hotel, com isso era preciso ficar disputando mesa. Além de enfrentar filas longas para servir. Elevador pequeno e insuficiente para atender aos hóspedes.

Não limpam o quarto , pessoal da recepção sem paciência, grossos .
