As I have said in previous reviews, I do not think location should be included as this is clear prior to booking and a host cannot be expected to move house to please guests. There were 3 supermarkets within easy walking distance and there were pleasantly contrasting walks in 3 direction, East North and West. There was plenty of natural light in the rooms and a long terrace. The mats facilitated my yoga practice.
The price was more than I have paid for any accommodation previously but was the lowest I could find in the location.
There was plentiful cutlery, crockery and pans but gadgets for food preparation were sparse. Those planning to prepare their own food should state their needs, within reason, in advance.
There is no actual work-top so I used a T-towel to protect the tablecloth from any spillages from the chopping board.

The host greeted me with expresso and homemade cookies; also citrus fruit from his garden. He was so accommodating.

Last minute was possible, price was good.
Bathroom had not been cleaned ( the toilet was dirty, there was dried toothpaste in the washasin). Shower water was cold (only one of us took a shower and only in the morning).
