Nice place

Very nice villa, with a beautiful view to Sutomore beach and a gorgeous pool. Very nice and quiet area, kind owners and comfortable rooms.

In our room, the bathroom was quite small.

Nice calm place for relaxing with beautiful sea view

Great view to the sea from the room and the terrace. Very quite and relaxing. Nice clean pool. Clean room with small kitchenette (stove, small fridge, cutlery). Friendly host.

The villa is a bit tricky to find in the beginning. Located on a hillside, it is better to havr a car as all the shops and restaurants located by the beach which u can only reach walking through a steep slope of natural pathway. However, if you don't mind such pathways, it takes around 15 mins walk only to reach the closest beach with a vast range of restaurants and market.

I recommend this place to everyone. The owner was very nice and kind, she took really great care of us. The room was cleaned every single day (very kind cleaning lady, by the way) and we got fresh towels every day. The pool was very nice and clean, and the view was amazing both from the room and the pool. The room looked exactly as in the pictures. It was worth every cent we paid.

Schöner Blick zum Meer. Pool vorhanden. Apartment war groß genug mit Badezimmer und schönem Balkon. Klimaanlage vorhanden.

Küchenutensilien waren ein wenig knapp.

Ha nem ebben a városban lenne és nem egy kisebb hegyen (alföldi vagyok), máskor is vissza mennék.

Leírás, kilátás, fotók teljesen egyeztek. Semmi hiányosság és semmi extra. Ár-érték arány teljesen megfelel az elvártaknak, hiszen ez egy apartman. Házigazdák nagyon segítőkészek voltak, ha kértünk segítséget, helyi tanácsot bevásárláshoz, strandhoz, programhoz.

Képekről nem látszik a domborzat. Megközelítéshez erős, jó kuplungos lehetőleg diesel autót javaslok. A központi strandról hajnal 3-ig üvölt a zene (ez a város hibája). Az apartmanban még éppen elviselhető. 4 szobát béreltünk. Kettőben a klíma nem volt kitakarítva, egyikben nem is használtuk (emeleti, éjjel lehetett szellőztetni, de távolban bömbölt a zene, határest, túléltük). Nem reklamáltunk, nem szoktunk. Felszereltség nagyon minimális és szükséges. A hűtők egyöntetűen jól hűtöttek, egyik-másik kicsit hangos, de mind túljegesedett. Távozáskor a tulajnak ajánlott lenne leolvasztani. Szobákból hiányoltam a felmosó szettet és egy söprűt. Többször előfordult, hogy időszakosan nem volt víz. Lehet ez Sutomore probléma, de azért idegesítő amikor a nem éppen tiszta strand után az ember tisztálkodni szeretne, de várni kell. De lehet, csak kérni kellett volna. Inkább jobban vigyáztunk a tisztaságra és rendre. Elfogadtuk a házirendet, benne az állatok tilalmával. Bár utolsó napunkon érkeztek új vendége, majd hajnalban kutyaugatásra ébredtem a második emeleten. Lehet nem az épületben volt, akkor elnézést, de nagyon úgy hallatszott. Házirendben tilos a házibuli, stb. OK! De az ember nyaralni és kikapcsolódni megy. Volt egy kis nyelvi problémánk, de szerintem megértettük egymást. Szerettünk volna első este kiülni a medence körül beszélgetni. Nem engedték. Háziszabály, Ok. Maradt az egyik szoba. Ha Én lennék a házigazda, biztos rendbe tenném a medence alatti területet, pár székkel és asztallal, csendes házszabállyal. De legalább élvezheti az ember a jó ha levegőt, a tenger közelségét. ezek nem sérelmek, inkább építő kritikák. Stb...
