Great location and value for money.

Duda makes you feel welcome from the first minute. The ground floor apt was super, just what you need. Clean, spacious with all amenities. The private beach was 10 steps away from the door. Superb. We had paddle boards on the house available when we wanted them. Restaurants and supermarket are like 100 m away. Totally recommended.

The traffic in Sutomore and towards Bar was insane.

Unbeatable proximity to the beach with an exceptional host! My experience at this beachside rental property was a serene and memorable one. The close proximity to the beach, well-equipped kitchen, and above all, the exceptional hosting made it a vacation to remember. While the furniture may have had a vintage charm, the cleanliness and attentiveness of the host far outweighed any minor inconveniences. If you seek a peaceful coastal retreat with a caring host, this rental property is a fantastic choice. I would gladly return for another unforgettable beach vacation in the future.

The Beach was literally on the doorstep The owners were nice and serviceminded This (southern) part of Sutomore is the only part to consider. Northern part is crowded and very noisy

The beach house where you feel like a beloved guest not a simple traveler

The location is exceptional: far from the hustle and bustle of the Sutomore resort, but still a few steps away from restaurants and shops. The house has a spacious yard, fruit trees, greenery, and parking spaces, you feel surrounded by nature. And the most exceptional surprise of the yard is the beach and the sea! There are no words to describe the joy of having the sea behind the house, in the yard, in your own view, or enjoying your exclusive beach area. I recommend everyone to try this fabulous experience at least once in their life: to hear the waves crashing night after night from the bedroom, to enjoy your exclusive and private beach area, just like when you own your isolated island. The owner is a miracle person: friendly and always smiling, helpful even when you don't need help, with her kindness she makes you feel like a valued guest and not just a tourist. She is present all the time, she offered us sunbeds on the beach for free, and even inflatable mattresses for our children and we cannot thank her enough for her kindness and availability. Every time we met her in the yard, she smiled with all her heart and brightened our day. She always remembered our name and although it seems like a minor detail, she made us feel like we were among friends who have known us for a lifetime. The apartment is not luxurious or very modern according to the standards of some more demanding people, but for us it was perfect! The furniture is perfectly functional, massive wooden parquet, extremely clean, well-maintained, and with a vintage touch that we liked very much. Everything is simply at your disposal: in addition to the rooms equipped with bed linen, towels, etc. also the kitchen with cute furniture, crockery, glasses, cutlery, and absolutely everything you could want on a vacation. There are two bathrooms, with a shower, very clean and perfectly functional. Duda, hvala ti od srca na svemu!

Very good

Location is the best, with private beach and away from the crowded public beach. Nice apartment, clean. Convenient for families with kids because of proximity to the beach area. Loved it

Just that on Booking it states that taxes and charges are included but they are not, you have to pay taxes which makes the price a bit higher than it shows and one small thing which I was particullary sad about is that on the last day of our stay we weren’t allowed to use the beach even though we would park somewhere else and leave the apartment on time. But thats just their policy and we understood. Other than that everything was awesome. Had a good time

Amazing place

We loved everything in this place! The owners were super nice and friendly, if we had any doubts (like parking or finding a good restaurants) they helped immediately to solve them. The beach was exactly in the end of their yard so i just made my coffee in the apartment and drank it on the beach :) We had everything what you need for a perfect holiday, totally recommended!

The location is perfect, with private beach and sun-umbrellas and the sunbeds, the main host is very friendly and helpful.

The room was much smaller than 30m2, definitelly not for 3 people. The bathroom was on the balcony and the balcony was so small that only one person could seat there (if the door to bathroom was close)

Superb

Everything was great. Perfect for kids. Especially the beach was amazing, enough privacy and space! The hosts are so nice and very helpful. Definitely coming back soon!

Amazing

Everything was great. The house is located on the beach so instead of washing your face in morning you can just jump into the sea. We had a table outside which was in shade whole day. But the most valuable were our hosts. Very nice and friendly. We love them.
