    The hotel has a very friendly and attentive staff. I definitely recommend it. The only negative point was the air conditioning. As we are visiting during the summer, the system could not keep up with the demand, and the room became quite warm.

    Hotel ideal for a short break. Very close to termini station. Restaurants in surrounding streets. Nothing fancy about the rooms, but clean and comfortable. As noted in the reviews the bath had a shower attachment but no curtain. Plenty of hot water. Breakfast same everyday but well presented. Cold meats/cheese, pastries, cereal,fruit,bread,cake. Fridge in room but no glassware. We took a couple of glasses from the breakfast room.

    Reali Hotel Floridia had our booking for. Over 3 months and when we arrived they said they were full but they had a room for us in a sister hotel, Hotel Lazio (this is actually a terrible hotel - 0 Stars - nothing good to report from this dump). Surely if you oversold our room the decision should be up to us whether or not we accept your solution to the problem you caused. I think we were play
