Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great.
Room was not cleaned well, dustbin still dirty from previous occupants. No bottled water in room, had to specially request it. No facial tissues in room. No face towels in room. Room had window looking straight into the bottom of stairs. Room no 1 located right next to kitchen, so extremely noisy early in the morning as staff prepare for the breakfast.
