Atendimento muito prestativo. Limpeza do quarto e banheiro, organização dos itens de limpeza (toalhas e sabonete), além de itens básicos para fazer café e chá disponíveis gratuitamente no local.
Não há nada que não tenha gostado.

Fomos muito bem recebidos! Hospedagem muito bem localizada. No centro de Gramado, Tem tudo ao redor. Rua torta, Rua Coberta , Pizzaria Cara de Mau. Não tem opção de café da manhã. Mas no quarto tem tudo pra preparar um café bem gostoso( Micro, cafeteira, canecas, café, açúcar, jarra elétrica, copos, taças) Nos sentimos a vontade! Super indico!!

Amamos o aconchego, a recepção maravilhosa que tivemos, local limpinho e sem falar na localização, é perto de tudo, até mesmo dos pontos turísticos.

Gostei da localização, da limpeza do apartamento, da cordialidade dos funcionários
Pela foto do booking achei que fosse um hotel. Não é... É uma pousada. NÃO gostei das fronhas dos travesseiros. Pareciam encardidas. Também a posição da cama de casal. Encostada na parede. Quando reservei, achei que fosse um outro apartamento, pela foto. Me enganei...
