About this cottage rental
Rural house with 3 stars built of stone, located in a natural, rural and very cozy, at the foot of the mountain.
It is very close to some of the most popular towns in the Province of Segovia such as Pedraza and Sepulveda, where you can taste an excellent lamb and then take a walk through its busy streets. Close to the mountains, where you will cross unrivaled pine forests. If you do not know the area you will want to return to it and if you know it you will already be trapped by its beauty.
The house is distributed on 2 floors and an attic.
The ground floor has an entrance, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
From this you access the first floor, where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest, with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub.
The attic consists of 2 attic rooms as well as the bathroom.
It has a garden that allows you to enjoy the outdoor space. It has a barbecue and a porch equipped with everything you need to enjoy a nice meal or dinner, or simply relax.
Surely they will enjoy the stay.

Acabamos de llegar de pasar Noche Vieja en "Casa Rural El Fresno", en Huerta (Segovia), hemos ido 11 adultos y lo hemos pasado fenomenal, estancia muy confortable, recibimiento y trato de los propietarios, Mariano y Mª Luisa, inmejorable, pendientes de lo que necesitásemos y la vez tremendamente respetuosos, super detallistas dejándonos preparados para el desayuno leche y un gran bote de riquísimas rosquillas que hacen ellos.
Aunque en la zona ha hecho mucho frío, en la casa se estaba muy agusto gracias a la calefacción y la chimenea.
El entorno es una maravilla, muy cerca de Pedraza y a unos 40 Km. de las Hoces del Río Duratón, que merece la pena visitar.
En fin, casa totalmente recomendable.
