Very good breakfast, friendly and efficient staff.
The hotel needs to have a way to ensure that only guests can have access to the elevators and go up to guest floors. At this location anyone can simply walk into the lobby and go upstairs.

The shower is really good. The bed was incredible. The breakfast was ok.
The gym is very limited, the sky hall on the last floor was closed due to maintenance. The card used to enter the room was always getting unsynced, I had to sync it 5 times during my stay. The central air conditioner could be more customizable.

Room had great view. Good coffee.
The corridors looked a bit shook, carpets and skirtings had seen better days. Lever in the jacuzzi was loose and kept falling off and the air conditioning was very loud. Parking was a bit of a nuisance as we had to leave the car keys for someone to park every time we arrived. There was also a parking charge. Staff at the check in was condescending and intrusive.
