Tudo. Muito bem localizado, apartamento com tudo novo e sistematizado e ainda recebemos vários mimos de boas-vindas. Fica pertinho do triângulo das bermudas, em frente a um quiosque ótimo e à vista é surreal.

1.O quarto é bonito, bem decorado. 2. Está bem localizado. 3. Tem sacada e varal. 4. Tem air fryer e microondas bem novos. 5. Tem filtro de água (apesar de eu não saber se está com a manutenção em dia).
1. Muitas formigas! Precisa urgente de dedetização. 2. Quase não tem nenhum utensílio para cozinhar. De que adianta a cozinha se tem apenas UMA espátula para cozinhar? Nem faca para cortar alimentos (legumes, carnes) não tinha. 3. O banheiro é minúsculo! A porta bate no vaso sanitário e não tem espaço para passar. A porta da sacada bate também na cadeira da própria sacada. 4. O colchão estava muito torto já. Muito desconfortável.5. As banquetas para o balcão da cozinha são muito desconfortáveis e estavam muito sujas!
