Good location, lovely host, comfortable room. Off city centre and off season it was very peaceful. Planned to stay for one night, stayed for three.
Toilet-bathroom was a tad small for comfort. Not at all relevant for most, but Wifi did not reach the balcony.

Guest house is located approximately 4 km from the center of Pärnu, in a quiet and beautiful suburb. Free parking on the premises. The room was on the 3rd floor, en suit bathroom with shower. The bed was comfortable enough. There were all possible kitchen facilities to cook your breakfast, with several tables and chairs in the dining room on the first floor.
Everything was good for an overnight stay and if you do not mind carrying your bag up the stairs to the third floor.

Price and location were excellent for a short summer stay, with a shared kitchen. We were able to check in early and leave our car with our belongings at the accommodation while spending the day in Pärnu.
We chose a room with two separate beds, but they were pushed together. The room had a window, but it was covered with a sticker and faced the roof of another building, so it could only be opened for ventilation. There was a ventilation system, but it was very noisy. We stayed there on a warm summer night, so the room was hot.
