The location is great, the staff very friendly and responsive :) I had a great stay.

Нам все понравилось, все было хорошо, чисто, спать было приятно. Менеджер всегда был на связи, все вопросы быстро решали. Самое классное - это то, что все необходимое очень близко. Магазины, старый город, порт(это для нас было важным моментом, потому что планировали плыть в Финляндию). Порадовало, что на кухне было все необходимое 👍🏻

Было бы очень хорошо, если бы в ванной комнате установили полочку для вещей и крючок для полотенца.

Quizás se podría mejorar instalando duchas en cada piso

- My room was dirty in the corners and under the bed and stunk - no mattress on the bed. It hurt my back to sleep on. Sheet was not smooth, but rugged like a towel - rock hard pillow - the actual towel provided for me was too small to even wrap around my body (and I’m fairly lean) and only covering one private area at a time. Like a face towel. I did complain and they eventually gave me a full-figure towel - no paper towels to dry your hands in ANY of the bathrooms since the day I came there to the day I left. and I stayed there a few weeks ago AND SAME PROBLEM. I notified the owners and they said they will speak to cleaning lady but still no paper towels. On my last day, I myself asked the cleaning lady if she’s not going to refill paper towels and she looked confused and said she wasn’t sure she had those - kitchen was constantly dirty and overflowing with dishes. There are three bottles in the kitchen and it’s unclear which one is for washing the dishes? is it the big blue one? the blank one without any writing? please be clear!! - paper thin walls. You can hear literally anyone shuffling around
