Great communication when problem occured, all unexpected stories were fast solved. Perfect location!!! very little (also little humid:) room, window to dirty court, but for overnight ok for price. Check-in fast solved. Extremely friendly staff by WhatsApp service (both of them).
Too 'busy' by breakfast, not clean tables - probably also depend by not 'local' speach.

Location and staff reception. We had a problem with the reservation and they managed to fix it.
Make sure when you book it if you want a twin bed. Make sure they will have it to offer.

Kristina welcomed us at check -in, then served us a lovely dinner in your restaurant. She's wonderful! Location was fantastic, and it was quiet :)
4pm check-in is difficult for bus/train travellers. Why so late, when our average check-in is 2pm? Our bags were stored safely though.
