Everything was exceptionally clean, modern, and comfortable. The bungalows were beautiful, and the location was perfect. The restaurant was excellent, with an incredible choice of delicious and varied food. There was even a Chinese food day, with such a huge selection of dishes that we tried many things for the first time. The entertainment was also fantastic. Every day there were live performances, competitions, and games for children of all ages. There are two wonderful, spacious swimming pools, both clean and well maintained. The room was cleaned every day, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and all the facilities and equipment were modern. The surrounding area is also great, with a football pitch and a basketball court where you can play. Overall, we highly recommend this place! The value for money is absolutely 100%.

The only downside was the lack of free drinking water. During the day, drinking water is available at breakfast, but afterwards, water can only be purchased at the restaurant or at reception. At dinner, there is no free drinking water available either, so you have to buy a bottle of water for €2.50. In summer, when you need to drink a lot of water throughout the day, this can become quite expensive. We are not talking about juices or other drinks — just ordinary drinking water. We believe that basic drinking water should be freely and easily available to guests throughout the day, especially during the summer.

The staff at this hotel made the holiday. Everyone was so friendly and helpful they really are a credit to the resort. Margarita in particular was amazing and so lovely especially with our baby. We stayed for 10 days and most of the staff were there every day so they work long hours and are still so happy and helpful. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The hotel even handed out glasses to watch the solar eclipse which was a nice touch.

We stayed in the summer holidays so it was very busy however we were able to get a sunbed each day. We stayed with a baby under one and a 12 year old so space in the room was tight. We did ask if there were any bigger rooms available however all the villas are the same size with one bedroom and one living space that has a pull out sofa bed. I think had we not had to use the living space as a bedroom then it would have been perfect.

The room was clean and spacious, with nice blackout curtains and good air conditioning. The pool was well-maintained and not crowded. The room was generally quiet; there was a little bit of music audible at night, but it was not too loud. The breakfast buffet spread was good, with a sufficiently spacious dining area. Bus stops are located right outside the hotel property, which was very convenient. The staff were cooperative and accommodating, assisting us with a pizza for dinner on a football game night, as we had not opted for the dinner buffet.

There was no provision for drinking water, such as a water filter. There was no bellboy service to assist with carrying bags to the room upon arrival, which is a service commonly offered in hotels. No refreshments or welcome drinks were offered upon check-in. The road leading to the beach was slightly inconvenient and not stroller-friendly, as a main traffic road had to be crossed. Dinner options were very limited for guests who had not opted for the buffet dinner package. There are no shops, restaurants, or stores in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, and we had to walk quite a distance to the Eroski supermarket to purchase water bottles, which was particularly challenging with a toddler. We did not explore the Kids play area and Gym.
