Location was great, short walk to the beaches, lovely clean cottage, lovely garden fir our dog

Felt to feel a little uncomfortable by the fact the owner turned up 10minutes after we arrived to "check things over" and also the rules and regulations you have to sign for and post to them personally as well as being posted all over the property, and with a security deposit which is not stated when you pay booking.com as a seperate amount of money to pay to them direct on top of the extra we paid for the dog to stay, It kind of made me and my hubby feel a bit uneasy and on edge the whole time we were there. Shame really cos the cottage is in a great central location for everything beadnell has to offer ,weve stayed in numerous propertys on longstone close and this cottage was comfy and warm just a shame about the caveats

The location is perfect close to the village centre and beach. The garden is really well looked after and is lovely to sit in.

Good location, close to Seahouses and Bamburgh. The cottage is fully equiped and can offer the comfort of a home away from home.

The booking process was longer then initially planned, I had to complete a form and send it back after I have booked and paid for the accomodation. Also, the deposit that I have to pay 2 weeks in advance was returned to me as a check. The sofas in the living room, although very comfortable, were very worn out and did not seem very clean. There was also a bad smell in the living area.
