The location is great for those arriving by Public Transport - it is just 25m from the Bus and Train station. From here there are lots of ways to get to sights in the region at affordable prices. Street car parking outside on the street isn't available - it is reserved for residents and the police do check and fine; so make any stop there short-lived and leave someone to explain. However there is parking for about 20 cars in the station car park at good value - and extensive parking on the town square free after 18.00. A Penny Market supermarket is 100m away. Combine that with the 4 ring cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and extensive utensils and a few pans and it is great for self-catering. Add in the clothes washing machine and it becomes a great place for those on a working trip to Litomerice or for tourists who need a base for a few days to catch up and wash all the clothes while having day trips out. For 3 adults it was great; it would likely be OK for 4 but with 5 might be a squeeze with the tiny single bathrrom. Only the lack of a clothes dryer spoiled the experience. We had apartment 1 on the ground floor. There were two big rooms: [1] a bedroom with a double and a single bed, desk and wardrobe. [2] a dining room with a sofa bed that was comfortable for 1 person (we didn't test it for 2). in addition there is a good kitchen, a lobby and a small shower/loo/sink/washing machine room. There was plenty of hot water for 3 of us. We visited in a very hot summer. The rooms are high ceiling and with the tilt and turn windows and white roller blinds kept OK but the noise from the road and station at night meant we had to shut windows to get sleep. We can't tell you how it is in winter. Next door on the ground floor is a hair/beauty salon. This makes it quiet out of work hours - and the hairdresser herself is excellent - we all had a wash and cut over our stay and she is 100% recommended!

The immediate location isn't exactly a tourist paradise as you arrive - but it worked well for us as the apartment is great with near everything we needed, it was comfortable and convenient and 200m away you are in Litomerice's amazing town square.

Apartmán č. 1 byl větší, lépe vybaven, situován v přízemí, u silnice, z toho důvodu bylo horší větrání. Vybavení apartmánu skvělé, vše čisté, dostatek nádobí a všeho potřebného.

Clean spacious and great location

Could do with an extra fan so both bedrooms have one
