W samym centrum , znakomicie wyposażona kuchnia , wanna , pralka, osobna sypialnia . wifi ,telewizor z wifi, parking obok budynku. Tak naprawdę tylko tam nocowaliśmy fajna baza wypadowa a na obiadokolację chodziliśmy do restauracji blisko pałacu chyba na samym rynku w hotelu Posta , kelnerem jest Polak a ceny i jedzenie znakomite.

Okolí pěkné,udržované.
Vedle je železniční trať.Tak jsme řešili buď spát ve vedru,nebo při otevřených oknech poslouchat vlaky.Klimatizace by to vyřešila.

Prostorný, čistý, dobře vybavený a zařízený apartmán pár minut chůze od zámku v Děčíně a krásného adventního trhu v podzámčí za velmi pěknou cenu. Využili jsme jen na jednu noc, takže nám bohatě stačilo. Bezproblémová komunikace.
Jediná nevýhoda je umístění v nejvyšším patře bytového domu bez výtahu, pokud je někdo méně pohyblivý, má kočárek apod.
