About this villa rental
a villa with all the comforts, recently restructured on the ground floor: a living / dining room with open fireplace, a separate living room with oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave with attached closet, a bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms including 2 doubles and 1 with 2 single beds, a bathroom with bathtub. Autonomous heating. Outside there is a large porch with fireplace for barbecues with friends, a swimming pool 6x15 mt and a storage facility / cellar with feezer. The villa is surrounded by about 5000 mt of olive grove park.

This place is amazing! The pictures in the add really dont justify the house and surroundings. Rooms are big and spacious, there are a wonderful balcony in one of the bedrooms. The pool feels like an Olympic pool very large we really enjoyed it a lot. The views are spectacular both in the day and evenings. We didn’t have loads of mosquitoes as we thought but in the day the cicadas was active.Communication was a bit hard because we don’t speak Italian but the owners was really nice and friendly and google helped a lot. We could definitely return to this place and recommend it to anyone seeking to get away from the tourist areas, we didn’t see a single foreign car in the area beside our own. Wow, what can I say? I didn’t want to leave. What an absoloute hidden Gem. Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely Francesca, her lovely husband and an adorable dog I really wanted to take home to England. Check in process was smooth, had to sign forms. Typical of the EU now. Accommodation clean and had everything we need (such as shower gel, hair dryer, coffee) beds were very comfy and so were the pillows. It is a very rustic authentic Italian villa (think Italian decor) lovely pool, two bathrooms (fyi the bath isn’t really a full size bath, it’s more half the size of a British one) great powerful shower. Plenty of storage space. So lovely admiring the amazing views. I didn’t want to leave!!! You do require a vehicle to get here, it’s about a 1 hour drive from Marco Polo. Roads weren’t crazy busy. Hiring a car is cheap. We will be back!!! Very quiet, a very comfortable place. The pool and the airconditioning in the sleeping rooms were extremely welcome by temperatures above 30°C. When we were in the villa we could live outside all the time under the large porch.

Francesca and Silvano were very warm and welcoming to their beautiful villa in tranquil surroundings.It immediately felt like a home from home. The views were beautiful, the weather was hot, the pool was clean and well maintained. There are good supermarkets within a short drive and places to eat within walking distance.We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing break.It was our first holiday to Italy but will definitely not be our last!
