Nice apartment, 10 mins to walk from the city centre. We had the apartment on the ground floor, but it looked nice to have the apartments with a balcony.
The host, a young man, was/is staying/living in Zagreb, and he did not always reply promptly on booking.com message. This was a bit tedious, as his mother, who he had left to take care of the apartments, did not speak English.

This place was wonderful, the host is so beautiful and very accommodating. We had a very late check in and she stayed up to welcome us. The kitchen and all facilities were amazing and just what we needed to have a home cooked meal. This location was perfect with the town a little walk and a lovely beach nearby. Highly recommend!!

The location is fantastic, the main bed was comfortable and the kitchen facilities were OK, and the shower was hot and powerful as well. There's wifi and swimming a few minutes away next to a decent restaurant. The air con unit was good and seemed new.
In nearly 25 years of travelling this was the coldest awkward reception (from the owners mother) I have ever received! I was shocked and it wasn't a language barrier problem as I was travelling with my Croatian family. No hello just dismissive hand gestures and pointing. The apartment is more than tired, the cheapest broken toilet seat, the door to the balcony didn't shut properly, one of the chairs on the balcony was completely broken, the soap was so watered down I may have as well not bothered washing my hands. Not all the towels were clean and smelt incredibly bad (more than not dried properly) The second bed was like sleeping on rock was the description. My son got trapped in the bathroom as the lock is terrible and the key doesn't line up properly, luckily after 10 mins of trying it opened (thank goodness was dreading having to call up Baba) if a smaller child had been on the other side would have been terrible. The mosquito net was ripped as well.
Anyways if you can get over that stuff you'll be OK as the actual town is stunning!
