If you are a light sleeper, you may also struggle with noises from the hall and the street nearby.

The host spoke very good English and was super nice. He went to tell the neighbours to keep it down at night when we complained about the noise in the halls. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There is a parking lot available for guests. Very nice balcony with a great view of Stari Grad and Hvar mountains. The grocery store, bakery and farmers market within walking distance.

The balcony was shared with other guests. I would add some kind of bamboo “fence” to separate the two parts of balcony so that each room would have more privacy.

Great host, tries his best to accommodate his guests. Property is in nice location, close to town and with plenty of free parking space.

AC is in reality only a small fan. It is not fit for purpose and it can not be advertised as AC.

Hosts were lovely and helpful Check in / out was easy Location is very close to Stari Grad centre and all amenities

Very uncomfortable bed - The bed consisted of two single mattresses inside a double frame. The mattresses themselves were of an old style with very firm springs that you could feel when you laid down. The bathroom had no ventilation so the smell of damp / stagnant water was very common. The room itself was very small. I was alone, so it was tolerable.

If you are looking for a comfortable and not expensive stay, look no more.
