Superb location. I'm rating 9 as a compromise of two things: the current condition of the apartment overall is 8 (time to modernise and update as whole, although it is at a decent level as it is), and big 10 for the potential, positive energy and comfortable plaz, including green and chill ambient overall ❤️

Perfect location, great apartment, just what we needed. Cold air conditioning. Adrienn was just lovely and welcoming. Loved the outdoor patio outside our apartment. Just perfect. Thank you.
