温泉も清潔で気持ちが良かったし、子供連れだったので、縁日のイベントやボールプールなど遊び場があるのも良かったです。子供が転けて少し怪我をしたのですが、すぐに消毒液と絆創膏を持って来てくれたのも助かりました。

チェックイン後、お部屋まで案内があり、非常に丁寧でした。浴衣の説明などもしていただけ、快適に過ごせました。お風呂がたくさんあり、夜と朝で変わるので満足度が高かったです。
3階と4階のお風呂を行き来するとき、一度服を着て出てから移動する必要があったためつながっていたらなと少し感じた。

・朝食のブッフェは品数も多く、どれも美味しく頂きました。
・到着時、スタッフ皆さんの出迎えは少し恥ずかしかったですが、旅の気分が味わえてよかったです。
・温泉施設も清潔感があり、大変良かったです。
・シャトルバスの送迎も便利で、運転手さんの対応も丁寧でよかった。
・ラウンジのフリードリンクも有り難かった。
・「金の讃岐うどんショー」も楽しかったです。
・初日、部屋に案内された時の室温が高く大変暑かった。
・部屋に靴クリーナーが無かったのが残念。
・お部屋入り口ドア付近の画鋲が気になりました。何かのサインでしょうか？
