ローケションがとても良い。 お部屋にも化粧品などあり、便利でした。 朝食がオシャレで、素敵でした。
館内風呂へ行くのに、手荷物をいれるバスケットが欲しい。 フィルムがかけてなかったせいか、朝食の刺身が乾いてた。残念。

最上階のスイートに宿泊 寝室とリビングダイニングキッチンが分離してありとても広いお部屋でした 眺望は非常に良かった 接客の対応も良かったです
この宿で一番のお部屋だと思うが 最上階にはエレベーターがない為に階段で登る仕様で高齢の方にはキツイと感じた 階段を上り切った直ぐの扉は建て付けが悪く閉まらなかった 各住設機器についてはハイクラスのものが取り付けてあったが 壁紙クロスの古さは否めなかった 随所に古さを感じるお部屋ではあった テラスは広くてとても良いが廻りに植えてあった笹が全て枯れていたので植え替え若しくは全撤去をしてあれば手入れの行き届いた広いテラスとして加点された筈だが減点対象になった

服務一級棒，非常貼心，距離道後溫泉本館走路5分鐘，到各景點都很方便。
日式早餐菜色單一，我不吃生食少了兩道菜。

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and had beautiful views.
They advertised the restaurant as a top dining establishment in Matsuyama so we didn't hesitate to pay for a very expensive meal. However we found the food to be the worst we had in all of Japan. We prepaid for our dinner so we were very disappointed with the quality, taste and ambiance of the restaurant. The breakfast wasn't much better
