Cosy and comfortable, and easy to access. The place is close to buses and the train station. Not too far away from the centre by car either. Everything was clean, and we were able to boil water and store food in fridge without any problems. Keep in mind that the virtual key and code they send you only start working once check-in is available. So don't worry if there's an error days before, while setting up your information.

The heating system was a little intense, but we were able to manage by keeping the windows open during the day.

The apartments/rooms are located in a small town outside of Madrid, but it is very well connected with the train so we used it as a base for our stay. The room was simple, but functional (we did not plan to cook etc so we did not mind only having a kitchenette) and super clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, the water pressure in the shower was amazing and we had a little terrace as well that we liked. The area is lively and gets noisy on the weekend, but once the door was closed we could not hear anything from the street or restaurant downstairs, we also did not hear noise from other rooms. There are no cooking facilities or loads of space but it worked perfectly for our needs. Extra points for the hosts being accommodiating a later checkout since my friend had a late flight.

once i got access it was perfect, it took me a while to get a good internet connection to read the manual code, after i got wifi it was perfect

Apartment close to train station , nice quiet area. Short walk to shops

A lot of bars cafeteria closed staff on holidays . No kettle or cups in apartment , Had to get a Spanish person with English to ring property managers to get code for apartment. Not a great place for family holidays unless you have a car.
