Cute decoration. Small but comfortable beds. Very clean. Quiet with cozy little balcony on green side. Everything available you need including basic cooking gear and even a bread toaster. Excellent location (close to the nicest nature spots of the area and at the same time right next to all necessery amenities). Regular cleaning service (if you need that).

The internet was mostly slow during my stay even though the owner tried to fix that by getting technicians adapting something. The speed improved towards the end of my stay but still not ideal for online work at the moment of writing. Despite the cute decoration, there are only sharp white lights inside, so not ideal for people sensitive to that. The price was steep for the size and simplicity of the space (high season ofc but almost double the price from low season seems a bit exaggerated to me). AC not included which is something not understandable for me in the middle of summer. I suggest to include it in the pricing for more guest-oriented approach.

We ended up arriving much earlier than expected, but they were still able to check us into our room very promptly! It was a nice clean room with a great location; very quick walk to three different beaches, and right across the street from two markets and lots of restaurants and bars.

The extra fee for AC is a little inconvenient; I wish it was just included in the room rate. It’s also only payable by cash which we were unaware of, and therefore paid higher fees at a random atm we had to go to. The wifi was also pretty bad, we couldn’t connect to it the whole three days we stayed there.

We were overall very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We managed to book it for a very reasonable price, and the location is excellent—close enough to the vibrant center to easily enjoy it, but far enough to ensure a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient: our favorite beach in Sidari, which features beautiful sandy shores and long, shallow water, was just a 5-minute walk away. The Melitsa supermarket is also very close by and offers quite reasonable prices. While the hotel doesn't have its own private parking, we never had an issue finding a spot for free in the public parking area on the adjacent street.

Despite having a wonderful time, there are a few minor issues I feel necessary to mention. I hope the owners take this as constructive feedback rather than an offense, as it is a pity that such easily fixable problems could overshadow the many great advantages this hotel offers: Bathroom: The toilet kept running after flushing, which was quite inconvenient. Safety: Some of the electrical outlets looked a bit unsafe. Amenities: Both a TV and air conditioning were provided in the room, but unfortunately, we couldn't get them to work. We truly hope these maintenance details will be addressed in the future, as this hotel has fantastic potential.

Basic but comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean. Shower worked well. Basic kitchen equipment but we were able to prepare a simple breakfast. Very convenient for the nearby beach. Shops, bars and restaurants very close by.
