i stayed there for the second time. the property was prepared for festive period . Nice touch of Christmas with decoration :) The place is really comfortable , situated in the heart of the city but really quite .

Very, very disappointing place.
Apartment quality is quite good, there is free coffee, tea, sugar and spices. Free water bottles in the fridge. Clean bathroom ... nice and clean towels. Comfortable bed in sleeping room. Free wifi, netflix, hbo, tv.
I found constant and very loud renovation noises, which stands for hours! Like from 2PM till 8:30PM at Saturday, even several hours at Sunday. There was no possibility to focus on work, movie or anything because of the noises! I had really unpleasant headache after. Definitely not place for work or chill ... only for sleeping at night (and for that I would recommend some chap hostel) Some kind of 'unfriendly atmosphere' - lot of unjustified noises: knocks, strikes - coming from Neighbors, (Even at 5AM). One thing for sure ... I will never choose this place again and I definitely not recommend this place for anyone.
