lovely little flat with a balcony

First floor flat near the park. Perfect for small family. The bed is big enough for two adults and a child. There is also sofa in the living room. In the bathroom there's a washing machine which was very convenient for our long stay. The kitchen is very small but has everything you need. The flat was clean, had nice modern decor and was very warm. We have enjoyed our stay there 🙂

Very nice and clean apartment. Host is very, very helpful and there was no problem with communication. Apartment is equipped with all needed items: coffee maker, microwave oven, regular oven, dishwasher, stove, washing machine. Shower, instant hot water. Internet was fast and stable. Nice set of channels in TV. As in all Poland, there is a little problem with parking after 15:00, but there is no problem with day parking. There is a paid parking lot located just across the street (100 meters walk). Next to building, there is a small ‘convenience’ type store with all needed food items. The walk to Koszalin’s centre takes 10 minutes. Great Polish Style restaurant, just 10 minutes walk. We were staying there for 2 weeks.

Рекомендую !!! Дуже гарна квартира з усім потрібним вам речами . З техніки на кухні є навіть блендер та все інше . Квартиру здають косподарі , тож там там є все ! Є окрема парковка , але і під будинком можна залишити авто .

Na jedno czy dwudniowy pobyt dla dwóch osób bez dzieci może być

lokalizacja, wygodne łóżko, brak ukrytych opłat, jasne zasady korzystania i wyczerpujące instrukcje oraz całodobowy kontakt z gospodarzem. Wszędzie gdzie potrzebowałam blisko i dostępność wszelkiego rodzaju usług oraz możliwości zrobienia zakupów w pełnym zakresie.Bardzo duży prysznic

okolica-ciemna, raczej niebezpieczna, odradzam spacer po zmroku, sąsiadka która darła m... przez cały wieczór i noc. Sąsiedztwo obcokrajowców i osób z licznymi nałogami. Ciasnota w łazience (można rozwalić głowę i się poobijać wstając z toalety) i kuchni służy wyłącznie do robienia herbaty, sprzęty są ale jak z nich korzystać jak nie ma się gdzie ruszyć.

Ok, ale...

- Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. - Bardzo duże i wygodne łóżko. - Duża kabina prysznicowa.

- Bardzo ciasna kuchnia. - W łazience za wysoko umywalka. Małe dziecko bez krzesełka nie dosięgnie. Osoby ze wzrostem 160 cm też muszą podnosić wysoko ręce by je umyć. - Pani, która wydawała klucze powitała nas niezbyt miło. Od wejścia oberwaliśmy, że się spóźniliśmy i przez nas nie mogła iść do koleżanki (byliśmy 45 minut po zadeklarowanym czasie, a mieliśmy 700 km do przejechania). Nie wpadłem na to, że musimy być punktualnie bo będą problemy. Pierwszy raz spotkała mnie taka sytuacja. Nie wiem, czy ten nasz karygodny postępek rozsierdził Panią, ale od razu reprymendy czego nam nie wolno i że mamy po sobie posprzątać i wynieść śmieci. Dobrze, że nie kazano nam uprać pościeli, umyć okien i klatki schodowej. Mieszkanie oceniam dobrze, obsługe.. no średnio.
