It was just a night but we were happy with our stay

Good location close to centre of Herve

What I liked: Staff were lovely and helpful Spacious accommodation Good shower Close to restaurants and supermarket Super clean What I disliked: Lack of dustbin sachets TV did not have signal Faucet on kitchen sink was lose Still I would stay there again. Overall good place to stay

The location, the apartment was spacious, cozy and clean.

There was no personal contact with the host at checkin, he just left the door open for us. He also doesn't pickup the phone. The noise coming from the restaurant, you can hear doors banging and employees talking really loud. There was a weird smell in the bedroom. The wifi didn't work, the host didn't even try to fix it. You can't access the wifi with the given password. Every possible option was tried out and still nothing. He told me to look on the box, and nowhere a box was found with the wifi code on it. In my opinion booking should fine them for false advertising wifi on the apartment.

Fijn appartement

Fijn appartement groot genoeg voor 4 personen. Boven een restaurant maar dat merk je relatief weinig van. Het was schoon en netjes en dikke plus. De douche was heerlijk en de aparte toilet was ook erg fijn, de keuken met zijn vaatwasser, koelkast met vriesvakje en kookplaat en oven was prima.

In een slaapkamer waren geen overgordijnen en voor de badkamerramen hingen er twee rolgordijnen met een grote spleet, misschien iets van plakfolie op de ramen. Verder misschien wat gewone glazen en bekers.

Un petit manque d’objets dans les armoires, vaisselle ou verres. Il y a eu un peu de bruit provenant du restaurant situé juste en dessous de l’appartement… mais nous le savions…

La femme de ménage du restaurant qui fait énormément de bruit à 7h15 du matin. La machine a café qui ne fonctionne pas Manque d'équipement, (Essuie vaisselle, lavette )

Alles was in orde. Zeer goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Zeker een aanrader!

Mooi, luchtig en ruim appartement. Smaakvol ingericht. Alles was voorzien, beddengoed, handdoeken... Er was ook zeep, afwasmiddel, capsules voor koffie en suiker voorzien. Goede communicatie met de hosts.

Exact wat beloofd werd

Supervriendelijke ontvangst, en alles was aanwezig voor een nachtje tijdens een workshop-2daagse. Ik heb in alle rust kunnen slapen.

Heb wel even moeten zoeken omdat de huisnummers wat moeilijk in elkaar zitten

schitterende prijs-kwaliteit

ruim appartement, alles wat je nodig hebt, is voorhanden. Het appartement was heel proper. Er waren enkele koffiecapsules (type Nespresso) aanwezig alsook een flesje melk. Aanwezigheid van een Italiaans restaurant op het gelijkvloers. Er is een bakker en slager op wandelafstand.

De communicatie over een afwijkend uur van inchecken verliep niet vlot. Er was geen chatmogelijkheid. Ik kreeg geen antwoord op mijn mail, en ook geen gehoor via telefoon. Uiteindelijk was er wel reactie na ingave van een heel vroeg uur. Het antwoord daarop was wel heel snel. Niettegenstaande deze ervaring, zou ik zeker terugkomen. temeer daar het appartement op het eerste verdiep boven een waarschijnlijk heel lekker en mooi italiaans restaurant zit.

Knus appartement!

Alles was super! Fijne ontvangst en heerlijk verblijf gehad! Alleen ontbraken er sommige dingen in de keuken zoals een waterkoker of extra waterglazen

Prima verblijf, alles aanwezig om ook langer te verblijven.

Fijn bed, netjes en schoon.

We kregen de tv niet aan het bleek dat er een aan knop op een kastje ontbrak om dat aan te zetten, met een pen uiteindelijk gelukt!

Le logement est au dessus d'un restaurant. Pas évident pour se reposer. On entend des portes claquer toutes les 5 minutes, les chaises se tirer, les employés parler dans le couloir commun.
