Tim was very nice, met us on arrival and check out. We had everything we needed especially with it being very cheap to stay. 10 minute walk from a few local beaches, Fantastico is the best for food in that area (around 20 minute walk), shops spread out all around you. We downloaded triumf taxi app never waited more than 4 minutes for a taxi - Varna is around a 15-20 car journey into the city. Good place as a base to stay and explore. We stayed for 3 nights and that was plenty.
There was a very damp/musty smell. We had the door open continuously to help,shower pressure was very poor and the sofa beds was very uncomfortable. You get what you pay for it was ok for what we paid. As a base for somewhere just to sleep.

A small studio apartment, with bathroom and a little kitchenette, have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very good location, close enough to the beach, close to the supermarket, very quiet neighborhood. Bonus, cats jumping on your balcony. No air conditioning but no need for that, even in the middle of the summer. No TV, but we don't have a TV at home too, so it was like home :) .

Nice place to stay. Quiet, clean and the host is very friendly. In 20 minutes you are for 1 lev at Varna Harbour. From there you walk in 5 minutes to Varna Beach or to the city center. Otherwise you can walk in 10 minutes from the studio to Galata Beach.
