About this apartment rental
The apartment, located in Laredo, Cantabria, is a 7th floor, overlooking the sea and mountains. It is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, hot water heating and town gas, with radiators throughout the house. Gas and electric cooking. Coffee, juice and in general, sufficient kitchen utensils for a minimum of six. Digital TV, sound chain. A room with two beds of 90 cm. Another room with double bed of 150 cm. and sofa bed in the living room, 160 cm. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes. A bathroom with bidet and bath-shower with thermostat. 180 meters from the beach. Two terraces.
The house is rented with linen (2 sets) for each bed, bath and hand towels. All linen is delivered clean of dry-cleaning, blankets, drying rack for clothes, soap for washing machine and dishwasher. Light, water and gas included in rate. From September 15 to May 15, gas consumption will be charged for heating., at a rate of 1 euro / m3. There are two tennis courts, swings area for children. Parking in the Residence. We also have WIFI Connection

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires, un couple charmant et très arrangeant. L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé, on ne manque de rien.
Il se situe à 30min de Santander et 45min de Bilbao. L'appartement est à 3 minutes d'une plage de sable fin qui s'étend sur 5kms. Avis aux surfeurs, les vagues dans la baie de Laredo sont moins puissantes que vers Santander.
C'est une ville qui vit durant les vacances d'été et les week-ends par la venue des basques et des habitants de Santander. Hors vacances scolaires c'est une ville qui est peut-être un peu vide.
En allant plus dans les terres, il est possible de faire des randonnées et des via ferratas.
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Laredo. Merci

Todo muy bien. Las vistas del apartamento insuperable. La ubicación genial, a pocos metros tienes una zona de restaurantes, vino tecas y supermercados. Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo que quiera visitar Santander y sus alrededores

Escogí este piso para mis padres quienes visitaron Laredo durante 11 días. Habían sido alojado en otras propiedades de Laredo en el pasado, pero este piso les ha parecido el mejor sin duda. Un trato exquisito por parte de los dueños y un piso preciosísimo hacen que este piso sea, en mi opinión, la mejor opción para alojarte durante tu estancia en Laredo. Las vistas, tanto al mar como a montaña, son sobresalientes. La decoración del piso está hecha con gusto. ¡Mis padres les han encantado su estancia!
I chose this apartment for my parents during their 11 day stay in Laredo. They had stayed in other properties in Laredo in the past and I must say that this apartment is the best they have stayed in, without a doubt! The owners are wonderful, attentive, kind people. Their apartment is beautiful, and decorated with a very keen eye. The views of the sea from the living room and of the mountains from the master bedroom are absolutely gorgeous. The price, the treatment received from the owners, and the gorgeous apartment make this the ideal place to stay in Laredo!
