Beautiful Normandy house ideally situated between two stud, near the sea (Villers-sur-Mer, Trouville, Deauville) but also in nature (lots of lovely walks on foot or on horseback).
Decorated with refinement by a painter, it consists on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a very powerful stove, a large bedroom with a large bay window overlooking a small beech and birch forest, a shower room with a large walk-in shower, stained glass windows; W. C independent.
Upstairs, two large bedrooms with a large double bed (180cm), which can be separated into two single beds, a bathroom with W. C.
A large terrace at the front of the house, a smaller rear. Garden (not closed) with fruit trees (fig, cherry, apricot, apple ..).
