Beautiful gardens, spacious villa and short drive from attractions.

Loved loved loved the surrounding garden and animals. There's a great pool with communal kitchen, areas to eat outside, stunning gardens full of interesting insects and some furry friends that I think live there - we found 4 cats and three dogs, most were happy for pats and some a little shy. There's an art gallery full of local art that the caretaker was happy to show us. While there isn't heaps within walking distance (we did visit a nearby temple) we were a short drive from Monkey River, Buttefly Park, waterfalls and the art market.

We had two children with us and there wasn't much to eat within walking distance. The few warrungs we found were closed but there was an indomart not too far where we could buy basics. Most nights we would get food delivered using gojek food delivery which solved the issue. During the day we relied on gojek to travel around to nearby attractions.

Great Stay

Awesome place to stay, great room and facilities. Pool was beautiful and so were the friendly kittens. There were a few dogs on the property that are interested when you arrive but are very friendly and just looking for a pat.

A little bit remote right at the bottom of ubud but local waungs to eat at and lots of restaurants are a quick drive or scooter away

Interesting stay - well worth a look

Loved the actual accommodation provided. The rooms were gigantic, the buildings were pretty special and very traditional. The beds were super comfy. The pool area was lovely. It had loads of hang out spaces. It was super quiet at night.

There’s limited food options without planning (share kitchen and private kitchen available). Taxi was 100 k IDR which we paid for mid day when it was too hot to walk. We brought back food for breakfast.

Really enjoyed our time here, lovely big properties, quiet atmosphere and relaxed garden area with pool to base yourself in.

It is a little far from anything so if you’re looking to do things in surrounding area get a driver.

Palace fit for a king! 🤴

Wow, this was one of our favourite places that we stayed at, in Bali. The decor of this place is just amazing and really loved our room so much, we called it the Palace as it was fit for a king! Just a short ride from Central Ubud if you are looking for a bite to eat or just for some entertainment! The pool here is also amazing and it's close to so many waterfalls that the staff can arrange reasonably priced tours for you too! Make sure you ask for Ketut or his dad Nyoman as your drivers, they really know their stuff and can take you to loads of awesome places. Also for families or couples we really recommend going to the Butterfly park. We loved it so much we went twice!

I would give this property 10 stars all around if it weren't for the neighbors dogs barking constantly all day and all night! Really hard to sleep - its constant :(((

wonderful

Absolutely gorgeous spot. Now my new favorite place to land in Bali. Yes, it's a little outside of everything, but it's a cheap grab ride into Ubud, and honestly it's nice to be a little ways away from the traffic and crowds. I just left and I'm already missing it. Thank you so much for such a lovely retreat and sanctuary :)

this isn't your fault, but the last night one of the neighbors dogs barked all night and kept me awake! Maybe let them know :(

Place was nice and tranquil, just what I was looking for. Staff was very welcoming and attentive. You have the option to order a cooked breakfast in advance if you want to, which was a nice surprise.

My room was extremely clean and picturesque. Overlooked a paddy field and had a huge seating area at the front Friendly, helpful staff. Nice swimming pool

The view of the Rice fields is really nice. It was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was OK, with a choice of Asian, American or Continental and prepared fresh every day. Parking space was ample. The Staff were really helpful and friendly.

Air didn't really work would not swing or set below 18 degrees Celsius. Too many cracks in door and bathroom so room couldn't really cool off

Fantastica stanza immersa nella natura, con piscina molto bella e pulita. C'è anche la possibilità di noleggiare uno scooter, ovviamente consiglio di avere dimestichezza con il mezzo: guidare a Bali non è per principianti!
