Perfect view, very nice room with balcony. Close to lake and very cool chapel hike route. Nice restaurants close by, We enjoyed the view and extended our stay.

Bed and furnitures were old. There was nothing on the door and windows to prevent fly/bugs to get in, a bit disturbing.

Lovely place to stay in Como!

The Hostess was really nice! THE VIEW. INCREDIBLE - we even had a view of the villa Balbianello (for StarWars and James Bond fans out there). Room was clean on arrival Nice fan present in the room too. Fridge was a good touch and big enough to keep all our drinks. The bathroom and toilet were clean. Accompanied with a view of Como and all the toiletries we needed.

Our room wasn’t ready when we came to stay so we had to wait about an hour for our room. WiFi was slow at times. No TV in the room. Soundproofing was non-existent. We could hear everything outside at night! - But because of the architecture of the building I do not think this can be changed much.

Very pleasant room with everything you need and a great price.

Tidy, not hugely spacious but the space available was used particularly well. Free water, cakes and breakfast items was very nice and thoughtful. The lady who received us was lovely and explained it perfectly, and the owner sent all required information in advance. For the price, fantastic and would definitely return.

The locks on the room doors need fixed - they work but need a bit of love. Some sound proofing and rugs/carpets may be helpful (old building so I understand - difficult)

Convenient and clean room, well-equipped for its purpose. Nice location, as my room faced the Lake.

My host, Liz was exceptionally helpful and informative. She provided me with coffee and breakfast, even though I did not ask for it. I found it a really nice gesture. Also, whenever I needed information about public transportation and its schedule, she was always available for questions. She even provided me with ideas for eating out and visiting Como. I can recommend her to other visitors and I hope to be her guest the next time I visit Como.

Water in bathroom was very strange. Pressure of water was pure for washing hair. The temperature of water was very hot or very cold, but it was unreal to make it warm or just normal.

Stunning view of the lake from Ossuccio

The view from the balcony is amazing, could not wish for better. It is located near Ossuccio beach, which we enjoyed the best. The room is perfect for 2 people. Liz is a very kind host, she was always available and replied very quickly when we needed her. Staying there was a really nice part of our 6 day holiday in Lake Como.

Exceeded my expectations.

The unobstructed lake views. The comfy beds and pillows. Complimentary snacks and water in the fridge. A few meters from the lake/beach, supermarket, pharmacy and other activities. Beautiful hike further up to the Sacro monti cathedral.The host was super friendly and very accommodating.

Incredible view, lovely host

The instructions before arrival made it really easy to get there and unload our luggage with minimal fuss. The room was immaculate and the view is surely one of the best imaginable. We met our host and she was absolutely lovely and was happy to offer us information on the local area.

That we only booked one night as we were only passing through. We wish we had time to stay longer!

Lovely location, very friendly host, best for stays when it's not boiling hot due to lack of aircon.

There was no breakfast included but this was specified in the booking. The host, Liz, was very friendly and helpful, the location is excellent for both car transfers and on foot. The view from the bedroom was stunning. The room is reasonably sized, there was a fridge and space to keep folded clothes. Parking is very close by so very convenient.

Sadly no aircon which meant that it got very hot at night. I kept both windows open and the fan on to keep the air circulating, but there are also no mosquito nets so there were a few bugs flying around. Despite this, the stay was pleasant. I would probably recommend this location more during periods that are not high summer.

I liked a lot amazing lake view. Location is relatively close to the bus stop and some very nice restaurant by the lake. The room represented high standard and was very comfortable. Lovely assistance during my whole stay. Definitely the place I will return in the future.
