The room was warm and clean. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly.
Excellent coffee machine, microwave, and refrigerator.
Great view from the window.
Close to the bus stop.
It would be a good idea to fix the lock on the balcony; it won't close. And replace the kettle with a new one (this one has a spiral mechanism and is covered in limescale).

Clean and tidy. Would have been useful of have the WiFi code printed in the room. My phone went down and I couldn't access WiFI until I spoke with Sandi.
Tea/Coffee supplied but no milk. Milk sachets would have been nice.
A bit too far out from Bars/cafes. Maybe it was because it was out of season and they were closed.

The view from the balcony and loo was pretty much it. Nice touch giving a bottle of water and some snacks on arrival. The location was good, right by the "greenway" walking path.
It was advertised with the kitchen but it only had a mini fridge and kettle only. The room wasn't properly cleaned, we found a chunk of a hairball on the floor and dust in parts of the room. The cushioning on the chair had mold on it.
