This is a beautifully designed modern villa set in the award winning Alma Verde Village. This villa has been equipped to the highest standards, creating very comfortable and easy living space. The owner's have taken extra care to kit the villa out with all the comforts of a 'home from home' which makes this a significantly more comfortable villa to stay in than others. This semi-detached villa has a fully fitted kitchen/dining room, a lounge, 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 6. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The rear garden provides outside private space for dining/BBQ, a private pool and manicured garden. The villa is just 5 mins drive from the beach of the picturesque fishing village of Burgau. Also close to stunning beaches of the South Coast and the Atlantic Coast. The vibrant marina/town of Lagos is 15 mins away and the historical towns of Sagres, Silves and Monchique are all a short drive away. More than 20 golf courses are within one hours drive.

We’ve spent almost a week in AlmaVerde and everything was great.The home was very clean, and there was a quite large welcome food pack (way more than the usual bottle of water in the fridge).The village is super quiet, and the home is well taken care of (someone came for the pool and the next day for the garden).Communication with Susannah was easy and quick. A very good place to spend time in Algarve.

We have stayed at the Alma Verde development many years ago and we were pleased to see it is still very well cared for.The villa was very clean and comfortable. It was worth paying for the pool heating even in June. Communication with the host was easy and they always replied promptly.

Really comfortable villa in quiet complex with decent pool and good facilities. Perfect base from which to explore Lagos and Sagres and you have Salema and Bergau just 5 minutes drive away which are beautiful beach villages
